What is Arc?
Arc is an electronic fare payment system available throughout the Edmonton region that EICS students attending Archbishop Jordan Catholic High School are able to utilize when riding Strathcona County Transit buses. Arc cards and tickets are loaded in advance and tapped when entering and exiting the bus.

How to Create/Register an Arc Account
- Visit myArc.ca.
- Select the "Register Account" button on the home page.
- Enter the Arc Account Number as it appears on the back of your card.
- Enter the Security Code number located on the bottom right corner on the front the card.
- Complete the required personal information fields.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Click "Create Account".
- A link will be sent to the email address provided.
- Click on link in email to Activate Arc Account.
- Set up a password to login to the website. Click "Set Password".
- You can now login to myArc.ca to manage your account.
How to Apply for a Concession
(reduced monthly fare cap)
- Login to myArc.ca.
- Select "My Account" from the top menu.
- Select the "Apply for Concession" button at the bottom of the page.
- Select the card number the concession is for and click "Continue".
- Select the Concession Profile Type you are applying for and click "Continue".
- Youth (6 to 18 years of age).
- Young Adult (19 to 24 years of age and not in school full time).
- Student (19 to 24 years of age and attending school full time).
- Student (25+ years of age and attending school full time). - Click "Submit" to confirm concession is accurate.
- A confirmation of submission will appear and an email will be received noting the change to the account.
Note: For students who are currently receiving a monthly period product from EICS, applying for a youth concession will give you access to reduced monthly fare caps if money is loaded to the account. This will allow you to be eligible for the SCT Youth Summer period pass on your Arc card.
